Val's Services is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager who will act as a strategic partner to maximize customer value throughout the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on providing technical guidance, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, ensuring successful setup and adoption of the platform
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and retention
- Provide expert guidance on construction scheduling best practices and facilitate training for transitioning users
- Support pilots and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating platform value
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams
- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities for growth
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles
- Deep knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction workflows
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate across teams
- Proven success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
