Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gifted Savings is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused operator to own the day-to-day operational workflows that keep our programs running smoothly. In this role, you'll manage internal systems, coordinate reporting and program evaluation efforts, and ensure that teachers, administrators, students, and teammates have the information and processes they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the operational systems and workflows that support successful program implementation across schools and communities
- Maintain accurate student, school, and program records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity
- Serve as the primary administrator for core program tools and workflows, including Clever roster synchronization, user account management, dashboard maintenance, and recurring operational processes
- Coordinate program launch logistics, implementation timelines, academic calendars, deployment schedules, and key milestones
- Publish and maintain lesson content, activities, and resources within the platform, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and deployed on schedule
- Maintain teacher materials—including toolkits, lesson slide decks, and related resources—and ensure schools always have access to the most current versions
- Coordinate surveys, participant recruitment, and research logistics with our academic partners to support ongoing program evaluation
- Produce reports, dashboards, and data exports to support program school partners, impact measurement, and internal decision-making
- Respond to support requests from students, teachers, and school partners, answering questions, troubleshooting routine issues, and escalating complex inquiries when appropriate
- Manage and distribute communications related to lesson schedules, deadlines, portfolio information, and platform access
- Partner closely with Product, Program, and Communications to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the overall program experience as Gifted Savings continues to grow
