Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cosmo is a fast-growing international EdTech company with an educational mission. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Summer Intern who will develop creative concepts for social media and write scripts for short-form ads.
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats)
- Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition
- Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance
Skills
- Relevant experience in Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives
