They are seeking a Key Account Manager to own strategic relationships, shape product portfolios, and drive measurable revenue growth within the ferrous and foundry markets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary corporate-level owner for strategic accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico, with full accountability for revenue, retention, and profitability
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s global business model to create and execute regional growth strategies
- Build and lead senior-level customer relationships, expanding share of wallet, securing long-term agreements, and strengthening competitive positioning
- Drive cross-sell and upsell of the full product portfolio across all account locations to maximize value and revenue
- Proactively forecast, monitor, and manage account performance, identifying risks and executing actions to achieve results
- Champion the customer voice to influence product roadmaps, pricing, and commercialization plans for greater portfolio penetration
- Develop multi-year account strategies based on market intelligence, segmentation, and pricing insights for sustained double-digit growth
- Deliver actionable end-market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform commercial decisions and sales execution
- Identify new product and opportunity development areas by analyzing customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Support pricing and segmentation strategies to maximize value capture and differentiate offerings in the market

- Exposure to competitive analysis and market segmentation in B2B manufacturing environments
- Success driving cross-sell/upsell strategies and multi-year client agreements
