A Day in the Life: As a Remote Intermediate Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable and entering invoices into our Odoo system
- Managing payroll, including employee hours, pay-check deductions, and withholdings
- Creating purchase orders and maintaining DOT employee files
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless relationships with suppliers and customers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Peachtree, Excel, Access, or Quicken
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
