Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across various locations in a remote setting. Manage employee relations issues, offering guidance and resolution in a virtual context. Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting virtual interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence across the distributed workforce. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, inquiries, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity for a remote workforce. Support onboarding processes for new remote hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and delivery of virtual training programs. Contribute to enhancing the company culture and employee engagement in a remote-first environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on generalist responsibilities. Proven experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage HR functions remotely. Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to a remote workforce. Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
