Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the full stack
- Work across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and AI systems
- Own product development end-to-end
- Build and maintain agent orchestration systems
- Develop sub-agent workflows and tool-use patterns
- Build reliable RAG pipelines
- Design anti-hallucination safeguards for legal AI outputs
- Own third-party integrations from scoping to deployment
- Contribute to backend performance optimization
- Work directly with founders on product direction
- Improve reliability and system scalability
- Move quickly across frontend, backend, and AI infrastructure
- Build polished product experiences for legal users
