They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support research communications and ensure seamless collaboration between research and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee one shared inbox for the research department’s mass emails
- Assist with questions from our sales department
- Perform customer service tasks (communicate directly with clients via phone and email, build relationships, assist with inquiries, and more)
- Verify information for accuracy using our standard procedures
- Learn proprietary systems to enter large amounts of data
- Review data for errors and check for inconsistencies
- Perform internet research
- Conduct (both incoming and outgoing) phone calls in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Research Team on any assigned projects in order to meet project deadlines

- 1-3 years of previous work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Economics, Communications, International Business, Languages, Liberal Arts, or another related field. Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Interest in research, data analysis, and the legal industry (experience in the field is preferred but not required)
- Some knowledge of the legal industry
