They are seeking a Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I to support the Office of The University Registrar by ensuring efficient operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service while serving on the “front lines” of the Office of the University Registrar as the full-time generalist of the office
- Act as the “Go to Person” (G2P) and answer incoming phone calls for the main Registrar telephone line
- Speak to a wide variety of topics across functions, including calendars and dates, grades, registration, enrollment, transfer credits, program modifications, program evaluations, conferral, commencement, etc
- Distribute incoming inquiries from students and staff. This includes using different technological platforms such as the SNHU Service Portal, customer resource manager (CRM) and student information system
- Complete different tasks for Registrar teams, including enrollment verifications, diploma name and address changes, etc
- Maintain G2P documentation to ensure accurate and information is provided to all employees. Make necessary updates to documentation
- Provide support to Registrar teams with special projects and data entry
- Other responsibilities as assigned. Job responsibilities can change at any time
Skills
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent relevant work experience
- Two successful years of experience working in a customer service setting
- Experience complete tasks using a variety of computer-based technologies
- Familiarity with Student Information Systems is helpful
