In this role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical, or professional positions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a strong team player
