The role focuses on driving business opportunities, developing account growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and MobileComm/UST’s capabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling within the targeted portfolio
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed
- Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics
Skills
- At least 7 years experience years client revenue business development role or combined senior level technical experience and business development
- At least 5 years experience working for a company in Telecom Network Software, Telcom IT & Cloud, or Business Consulting industries
- Telecom software/cloud native engineering solutions experience
- Strong experience gaining meetings with C level decision makers bringing to success
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
