Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LucidTrust is an AI Risk and Governance platform helping organizations manage AI across their enterprise. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to focus on creating pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts across financial services, healthcare, insurance, software, and other regulated industries
- Identify and engage decision-makers including CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, Compliance, Privacy, Security, Legal, IT, and AI leaders
- Execute outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research accounts and personalize messaging
- Book qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline within HubSpot
- Collaborate directly with the executive team to refine messaging and outbound strategy
- Help build a repeatable outbound sales process as the company grows
Skills
- Experience in a BDR, SDR, or Business Development role within B2B SaaS
- Comfortable making cold calls and leading outbound prospecting efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
- Experience at a software company is preferred
- Startup or early-stage SaaS experience
- Experience selling AI, cybersecurity, compliance, governance, GRC, or risk management solutions
- Experience selling into enterprise organizations
