They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, engage with senior executives, and facilitate meetings for their sales team.
Responsibilities
• Pipeline Generation: Source, identify, and nurture a pipeline of potential clients (Founders, C-Suite, VPs) using our proven, multi-channel prospecting system
• Outreach & Engagement: Initiate conversations and build rapport with senior executives to generate genuine interest in our premium service
• Prospect Qualification: Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure our sales team only speaks with decision-makers who are a perfect fit
• Meeting Coordination: Book qualified meetings between prospects and our elite team of Executive Sales Representatives, managing calendars to ensure a seamless handover
• Sales Handoff: Provide detailed context, notes, and background information on each booked meeting to arm our closers with the intelligence they need to win
Skills
• Must be based in the US or willing to cover US hours
• Must be able to work full-time
• A foundational background in sales or lead generation is required
