They are seeking a BPO RFP Writer to lead the development of compelling proposals that secure high-value clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities through phone outreach, marketing campaigns, and industry networking
- Conduct market and client research to uncover new sales channels and partnership opportunities
- Lead the RFP process drafting, customizing, and refining proposals using both new content and recycled responses
- Maintain and update proposal templates, presentation decks, and client communication materials
- Present proposals and strategies to senior leadership and C-level executives with confidence and clarity
- Manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline and performance reporting
- Oversee directory listings, sponsorships, and other visibility initiatives to support lead generation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
- Strong background in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation
- Experience in BPO and contact center operations (inbound, outbound, chat, email)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
