Responsibilities
- The Associate Product Manager supports the execution of commercial strategy for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on managing relationships with external advertising agencies. This role helps ensure consistent, compliant, and effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the advertising agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback
- Coordinate development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements
- Review and route marketing assets through internal medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Support campaign execution across channels (digital, print, sales materials)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, sales) to gather input and maintain message consistency
- Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and gathering market insights
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or agency account management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with advertising or creative agencies
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes (MLR)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
