Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking an Application Analyst II for Epic to manage software applications. This role involves configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining applications while providing support to end users and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors complex software configurations for deployment
- Investigates and resolves issues relating to applications
- Develops and executes test plans and test cases
- Evaluates design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services or devices
- Ensures that incidents are handled according to agreed procedures
- Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents
- Documents and closes resolved incidents
- Contributes to testing and improving incident management procedures
- May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
