Superset Labs is at the forefront of empowering wellness creators, communities, and businesses through their innovative platform, Union. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative sales approaches
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing Union’s capabilities and aligning them with client needs
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion
- Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, maximum platform utilization, and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies
- Attach a cover letter to this document that explains how you meet the above criteria and what you could bring to the team
Skills
- While this is a remote position, we require our employees to be US-Based
- 2+ years of proven sales or account management experience selling B2B SaaS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to effectively demonstrate software products and articulate value propositions to varied audiences
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or strong familiarity with wellness, events, or education sectors
- Background in selling platforms involving livestreaming, video content, or marketing automation
