Job description: PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Engineer LeadWe have an excellent opportunity for a PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Engineer Lead to join our join our growing international Delivery Team.About the role:As a functional expert in PeopleSoft Payroll, the PeopleSoft Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Lead plays a critical role within a cross-functional team responsible for delivering timely and accurate legislative updates. Reporting directly to the Director – PeopleSoft Development, this role ensures the quality and compliance of Payroll and Financials modules in line with evolving tax and regulatory requirements.Beyond legislative updates, the QA Engineer Lead also supports broader testing and quality assurance needs across PeopleSoft consulting projects and enhancement initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions for our clients.This position requires the ability to manage a team as well as working with the Development Team to ensure that there is continuous process enhancement and improvement.
