About the Role
We are a growing energy project development company focused on behind-the-meter (BTM) distributed power generation. We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Senior Development Lead with day-to-day project coordination across our active portfolio of power generation projects.
This is a remote, administrative and coordination-focused role. You will help keep projects organized, track action items, maintain documents, and prepare status summaries. You do not need to be an engineer or finance expert, but familiarity with project-based work is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master project schedules and trackers across multiple workstreams
• Track open action items and follow up with internal teams and external consultants
• Prepare regular project status summaries for senior leadership
• Organize and maintain the project document repository in a structured, lender-ready format
• Track open items from due diligence processes and coordinate timely responses
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials and reports
• Monitor permitting timelines and regulatory deadlines across multiple project sites
• Maintain pipeline tracking across active and prospective project locations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management tools
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Experience supporting project finance, construction, or energy projects is a plus but not required
