Procurement Contracts Attorney (Contract) – Remote A leading investment management and financial services organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Attorney for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role will support a high-volume commercial contracting team reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of procurement and technology-related agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has substantial experience negotiating complex commercial, technology, SaaS, licensing, privacy, and security agreements within a large corporate setting. Compensation • $100-$115/hour • 37.5 hours per week • Initial 3+ month contract with potential for extension • Fully remote within the continental U.S. • Must be available to start work no later than 7:00 AM Pacific Time Responsibilities • Review, draft, and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements • Handle contracts involving SaaS platforms, software licensing, cloud services, IT procurement, professional services, HR services, privacy, and security matters • Analyze contracts against established guidelines and identify risk areas or deviations from standard language • Provide practical recommendations for contract remediation • Draft amendments, notices, letter agreements, and other related documentation • Manage a high-volume workload, often handling 20–25 active agreements simultaneously • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution Qualifications • Active U.S. attorney license required • 5+ years of experience negotiating complex procurement and technology agreements within a large corporate environment • Strong experience with SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, privacy, security, and commercial contracts • Ability to independently manage a significant contract volume while maintaining attention to detail Additional Information This organization operates in a highly regulated environment and requires quarterly disclosure of family investment holdings, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, brokerage accounts, and cryptocurrency holdings.
