careerzynith is currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Care Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sleep Central After-Hours Call Center team in Murray, Kentucky. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home from day one of employment, while still being an integral part of a dynamic, mission-driven organization. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our patients and the life-changing medical equipment and services they depend on.
As a Patient Care Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for reaching out to patients to coordinate the delivery of essential medical equipment, taking and processing patient orders, verifying patient information with meticulous accuracy, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
