Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while managing the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle customer support requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using software tools, including QuickBooks for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and staff.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical tasks and office management practices.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous for handling financial transactions.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 16 per week
