Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the daily transportation of goods across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Select and manage relationships with third-party carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routes, consolidate loads, and minimize costs. Identify and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, proactively. Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier performance, and costs. Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistical operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency and reduce transportation expenses. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and transportation management. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight management, or transportation planning. Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP software. Strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and customs procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in Las Vegas, Nevada . Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with international logistics is a plus. Benefits
