As an Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with individuals and groups to achieve facility goals and resolve concerns
- Implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads to drive success
- Maintaining quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation
- Supervising and developing associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance
- Managing the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity
- Overseeing systems hardware and software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field
- OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience
- OR 2 years supervisory experience
