We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Internto support our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, especially within a global remote-first company. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate candidate records, supporting interview coordination, and conducting pre-interview checks. This is a great opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of recruitment administration in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in our internal systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Update candidate status across the recruitment pipeline in real-time.
- Conduct pre-interview screening checks including LinkedIn verifications, resume consistency reviews, and basic background validations.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed (e.g., documentation, follow-ups, email correspondence).
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling and candidate records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving internal HR processes.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent academic performance, strong extracurricular involvement, and any awards or recognitions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and operations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute in a remote work environment.
