Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate FIRKI’s personality into high-impact visuals across digital and retail platforms. The ideal candidate understands youth culture, visual trends, and can create bold, scroll-stopping creatives, especially for FMCG/beverage products.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media creatives (posts, reels covers, stories, carousels)
Create POSM materials (posters, danglers, wobblers, in-store branding)
Develop campaign visuals for product launches, offers, and brand moments
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative ideas
Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Convert briefs into fast, high-quality creative outputs
Design product-focused creatives, especially for beverages and FMCG categories
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing bold, high-energy creatives
Experience in D2C, FMCG, or beverage brands preferred
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to create both digital-first and retail-friendly designs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
Tools & Skills
Figma / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Basic motion design (After Effects) is a plus

Playful and experimental typography
High-energy compositions
Strong product-focused visuals (especially beverages)
