**Key Responsibilities**
As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting students throughout their education program, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their academic goals
* Managing a group of assigned students, coaching them through their degree program, and proactively reaching out to ensure their success
* Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge for academic success
* Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Offering and teaching students how to use resources to maximize their success
* Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Serving as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments and resources
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

**Schedule and Availability**
We're open Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students. As a Student Success Coach, you'll have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, defining a 40-hour work week.
