Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax guidance to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting services
- Manage tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality services
- Contribute to the growth and development of our tax practice, including business development and marketing efforts
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and efficient tax solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- Minimum 5-7 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a CPA firm
- Current experience as a Tax Manager at a public accounting firm
- Experience with pass-through entities, including partnerships, S corporations, and limited liability companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Experience working with mid-to-large sized firms
- Generalist background, with experience working with clients in multiple industries
- Strong tenure and a proven track record of success in tax management

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $160,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
