- Assist with inbound call volume, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy technicians to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Run eligibility checks and test claims as needed for patient prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Distribute prescriptions to Reimbursement Specialists and other stakeholders, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications
