Requirements and Qualifications

- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently, ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

- Ability to work independently, utilizing resources to resolve customer issues, and making sound judgments and decisions that align with our company's values and objectives.
- Excellent grammar and knowledge of when to use informal language, ensuring that customer interactions are professional, friendly, and engaging.
- Previous work-from-home experience is preferred, as you will be working remotely and will need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time effectively.
