Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment for our customers. You'll work independently in a remote environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Very strong communication skills, with the ability to respond calmly and professionally to customers and vendors
- Good problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve problems efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and EDI
- Associate Degree or higher
