- Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Format Excel orders as needed, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Set up profiles for all Excel orders, streamlining the order management process.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met for Treasury.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes, maintaining up-to-date customer information.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A typing speed of 35 wpm, with proven knowledge of computer navigation.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
