About the Role
As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client data. You'll be responsible for updating client information in Google Sheets, responding to customer inquiries via our proprietary texting platform, and performing other tasks that require attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately update client information in Google Sheets, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Respond to customer texts in a timely and professional manner, utilizing our developed texting platform.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software applications as required.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, working independently in a remote environment.
- Periodically log in to clear out available work, managing your time effectively to meet the required 15 hours per week.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Essential Qualifications
