About the Role

As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be the voice of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, staying up-to-date with the latest features and events, and working closely with our Enterprise clients. Our Event Experts are some of the best in the industry, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, a passion for live events, and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and using data to inform your decisions. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and experience working in customer service are required, with experience in a tech startup or high-volume company being a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
