Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and the skills to manage a high volume of calls
- Bilingual candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- The ability to type 35wpm, with strong keyboard skills and attention to detail
- Reliable Internet Service, with a speed test conducted to ensure that you have a stable and fast connection
- A designated work area that is free from distractions, allowing you to focus on your work and deliver high-quality results
