Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the CEO, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
What You Will Do
Assist in coordinating senior management team meetings, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Provide support for family life and personal businesses outside of work hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Experience in internal and external communications, partnership development, and creating efficiencies
- Proficient in founder branding and executive management/support
- Experience planning corporate events and travel
