Job Summary
As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and coordinating utilization review efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Make callbacks to customers as needed, following up on issues and concerns to ensure complete resolution
- Triage calls to appropriate departments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner
- Take initiative with renewals, customer issues, and concerns, proactively providing solutions to deliver timely and effective resolutions to customers
- Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate to provide customer service, including managing and resolving customer complaints
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues and concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, field teams, and other stakeholders
