About the Role: Driving Customer Success in Amazon Advertising

As a Customer Success Manager at Jungle Scout, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, driving their success through onboarding, training, and account management. Your expertise in Amazon Advertising will enable you to showcase the value of our products, foster alignment, and drive adoption. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, UX, and Sales teams, to address customer needs and improve product value.

You are an Amazon expert with experience working with ecommerce tools, brands, agencies, or selling on Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces. Your background includes managing Amazon Advertising PPC and Amazon DSP, with a solid understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ad management tools or prior professional experience in digital advertising.
