Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Crypto Payment Operations Specialist to join our Finance Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency payment operations, ensure transaction accuracy and security, drive process automation, and help maintain a resilient and efficient payment infrastructure.
Purpose of the role:
You will manage day-to-day cryptocurrency payment operations, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient transaction processing across our payment infrastructure. Your work will support operational resilience, strengthen payment security, improve process automation, and help maintain reliable crypto payment services across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Execute cryptocurrency transactions across multiple blockchain networks in accordance with internal security protocols and operational procedures
Perform daily reconciliation of crypto wallets, exchanges, and 1C records, including transaction history and balance verification
Monitor liquidity across wallets and exchanges, initiate rebalancing, conversions, and funding requests when required
Configure, test, and maintain crypto wallets (Hot, Cold, and Multisig), exchanges, and payment providers
Collaborate with exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, and liquidity providers to resolve operational issues and manage account limits
Support automation initiatives for payment processes and integration between blockchain platforms and 1C/ERP systems
Conduct initial AML screening of recipient wallet addresses using blockchain analytics tools
Maintain internal documentation and operational procedures (Confluence)
Respond promptly to operational incidents and ensure strict adherence to security best practices
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in finance, treasury, payment operations, or financial control
Experience with cryptocurrency payments, exchanges, and wallet infrastructure is a strong advantage
Understanding of blockchain networks and cryptocurrency transaction workflows
Experience working with 1C or similar ERP/accounting systems
Knowledge of AML/KYC principles and cryptocurrency security best practices
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with operational procedures
English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)
