Asset & Corporate Finance Attorney (Contract → Potential Conversion) • Remote (Candidates must reside and be licensed in the same state where the firm has an office: TX, MA, IL, SC, NC, MO, PA, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, OR, DC, DE, WA) • Up to $85/hr We’re partnering with a top global law firm seeking an experienced Asset & Corporate Finance Attorney for a contract role with strong potential to convert to permanent. This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys looking for long-term fit within a collaborative, high-level finance practice. What you’ll work on: • Commercial real estate finance transactions • Leveraged lending & structured finance • Securitizations (CMBS, CLO, agency) • Servicing & special servicing matters • Portfolio and balance sheet lending What they’re looking for: • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate or structured finance • Strong background in lending and securitizations • Self-starter who can thrive in a fully remote environment • Collaborative mindset with client-facing experience • Interest in a long-term opportunity (conversion potential) Requirements: • Active bar license + residence in one of the following states: • TX, MA, IL, SC, NC, MO, PA, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, OR, DC, DE, WA 📩 If you’re open to exploring, feel free to apply here.
