As a remote representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to US-based members and providers who have questions about their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and prescription plans. This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Texas, with scheduled work hours based on the Pacific time zone.
