Role Overview
We are strengthening our expert team with an experienced Architect to work across a broad range of commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects achieve compliance with Building Regulations while supporting quality assurance throughout design, construction, and project completion stages.
What You Will Do
Review designs for compliance with building regulations, report design non-compliances and risks, workshop with design team to develop most suitable design solution for client requirements, apply problem solving to resolve design challenges, and coordinate inspections and compliance activities throughout all project stages.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- Strong experience in design, building compliance, or construction consultancy
- Significant on-site experience with strong understanding of construction methods and site works
- Excellent technical knowledge of Building Regulations, BCAR requirements, and planning legislation
- Experience reviewing technical drawings, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage compliance processes across multiple projects
