We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our sales organization by engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling consultations for the closing team. The role is designed to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings while maintaining accurate CRM data and structured follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, SMS, or virtual channels to initiate conversations and build interest.

  • Follow up and qualify inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

  • Ask strategic discovery questions to identify customer needs, pain points, and fit.

  • Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments for the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified meetings.

  • Maintain, document, and update the sales pipeline daily using CRM platforms such as Go High Level or similar tools.

  • Track all lead activity, statuses, and follow-ups to ensure visibility and accountability across the funnel.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead generation, outreach messaging, and conversion processes.

  • Stay informed about product updates, market positioning, and industry trends to communicate value effectively to prospects.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS or software environments preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and concisely.

  • Experience using CRM systems and virtual communication tools to manage outreach and scheduling.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with clear productivity expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Go High Level, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or other marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Experience working with SMBs, agencies, or entrepreneurial clients.

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as funnels, automation, and lead nurturing workflows.

  • Experience managing short to medium sales cycles or supporting consultative sales teams.
