Role Overview
Manage and coordinate client-facing activities across NeoHealthHub, ensuring clients receive a consistently excellent experience. Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services, the post holder will act as the primary point of contact for designated NeoHealthHub clients.

Act as primary point of contact for designated NeoHealthHub clients, build strong relationships, lead client account meetings, and continuously seek ways to improve working practices and the overall client experience.

Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrable record of success in an account management or client services role
- Experience of working with and maintaining excellence in CRM system reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
