Futures Support Specialist Saturday - Wednesday Overnight Shift

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Futures Support Specialist to join our operations team.This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of trade operations, customer service, and risk oversight during off-peak hours, including weekends and second/third shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of futures markets, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and client service. The schedule for this role is Saturday through Monday from 12am to 8am. Including Holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries received during evening and weekend hours• Assist customers with account access, trade inquiries, position questions, and general support• Log and escalate client issues through established internal systems (Salesforce, ticketing, etc.) for follow-up• Monitor order flow, executions, and clearing activity for accuracy and completeness• Support electronic trading platforms and assist with exchange connectivity issues• Monitor client positions, intraday exposure, and margin utilization using internal risk systems• Identify and escalate potential trading anomalies, limit breaches, or system alerts to senior staff• Participate in overnight surveillance procedures to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies• Process new account documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements• Assist with internal onboarding workflows• Update client account information and support maintenance requests as needed• Monitor cash flows into books and records along with client reports• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience and Skills• 1-3 years of experience in the futures, derivatives, or financial-services industry• Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, FCM operations, or clearing processes• Working knowledge of risk management and trade-support systems• Strong communication and analytical skills• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentWhat We OfferWedbush Securities (WS) aims to foster a culture of inclusion where all Colleagues are valued for their unique contributions to the firm provided equal opportunities to succeed.The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location.
