Create eye-catching displays:The merchandiser will use creativity and visual merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that will draw customers' attention and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels:The merchandiser will be responsible for keeping track of inventory levels and communicating any low stock or out-of-stock situations to the appropriate parties.Build relationships with store managers:The merchandiser will work closely with store managers to ensure that Frito Lay products are given prime shelf space and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service:The merchandiser will be the face of Frito Lay in stores and must provide excellent customer service to both store managers and customers. Follow company procedures:The merchandiser must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, while completing their tasks.Maintain a clean and organized workspace:The merchandiser is responsible for keeping their work area clean and organized at all times. Report on sales and promotions:The merchandiser will provide regular reports on sales and promotions to their supervisor and make recommendations for future strategies. Possess a strong work ethic:The merchandiser must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work hard to achieve company goals and objectives.
