If you don't know the answer to something, you should be willing to ask questions or research it, and if something isn't working quite right, you should take the initiative to troubleshoot it.Key Responsibilities Answering questions and educating customers about blithequark products and values Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing them in our CRM system Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments Helping to resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible Keeping customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets, following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools Essential Qualifications Excellent phone and written communication skills Comfortable communicating with people via email, phone, live chat, and text Experience in dealing with customer emails, phone calls, and other interactions Self-driven, patient, and empathetic, with a passion for solving issues and troubleshooting problems Proficient with bolthires Docs and Excel Experience with different CRM systems and best practices is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment Knowledge of the health and wellness industry, including supplements, protein powders, and snack bars Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.You should be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
