Job Overview We're seeking an experiencedSenior Manager to lead our CX Strategy, Insight, and Program team.This thought leader will generate and leverage insights based on blithequark's unique data to lead strategic discussions with business teams, advocate for our customers, and drive the best delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
