Job ResponsibilitiesAs aSenior Business Analyst on our Pharmacy & Retail Operations team, you'll be responsible for:* Collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing in-depth evaluations to inform strategic planning and application development in pharmacy and retail operations* Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of pharmacy and retail operations* Providing complex evaluations of corresponding statistics to build a business case for system and operational technique changes, enhancements, and improvements* Serving as an operational liaison for various projects to drive task execution and communicate relevant task information to stakeholders* Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data related to proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of pharmacy and retail operations and the organization* Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed* Collaborating with pharmacy and retail operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions* Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior business analystsKey Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions;
