Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Remote Order/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments * Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing * Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner * Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications * Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures * Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle * Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience * Customer interaction experience is preferred * Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required * Education: Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required * Paid training and on-the-job support to ensure your success * Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable * Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Work Environment and Company Culture As a remote order/data entry representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a climate-controlled environment and modern, high-tech equipment.
